Weekly Limit

Caps the total amount you can deposit across any rolling 7-day period. This limit is calculated on a rolling basis — it does not reset on a fixed day of the week. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period.

Monthly Limit

Caps the total amount you can deposit within a calendar month. Resets on the first day of each calendar month. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period and cannot take effect until the start of the following calendar month.

Important: once a deposit limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. The 7-day waiting period applies only to increases, not decreases. This is intentional — wunbd believes that a player who wants to lower their spending should be able to do so without delay.

Taking a Break

Cooling-Off Periods and Time-Out

If you feel that you need a break from gambling — even briefly — wunbd's cooling-off and time-out features allow you to pause your account for a defined period. During a cooling-off or time-out period, you cannot place any bets, make any deposits, or access game content. Your account balance is preserved and will be available to you when the period ends.

24-Hour Time-Out A short break that suspends your account for exactly 24 hours from the moment of activation. Useful when you feel you need to step away from a particular session. Activates instantly — no cooling-off delay before the suspension begins.

7-Day Cooling-Off Suspends your account for a full seven days. Recommended if you have noticed that your gambling is becoming more frequent than usual or you have exceeded a personal spending threshold you set yourself. During this period all marketing communications from wunbd are also paused.

30-Day Cooling-Off Suspends your account for thirty days. This is wunbd's most substantial short-term break option and is designed for players who want meaningful distance from gambling without committing to permanent self-exclusion. At the end of the 30-day period, account access is restored automatically unless you contact support to extend the period or apply self-exclusion.

All cooling-off periods activate immediately upon request. wunbd will not attempt to persuade you to reconsider a cooling-off request, and our support staff are trained to process these requests promptly and without question.

Long-Term Protection

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a permanent account closure that prevents you from accessing wunbd for a minimum of 12 months. Unlike a cooling-off period, self-exclusion is irreversible for its full duration — you cannot reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires, regardless of the reason.

What Happens When You Self-Exclude

Upon processing your self-exclusion request, wunbd will immediately close your account, return any real-money balance to your registered payment method within 5 business days, remove you from all marketing lists and communications, and take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account. Any pending bets placed before the exclusion are settled normally. Bonus balances are forfeited.

Self-exclusion is available for the following durations:

12 months — the minimum self-exclusion period available on wunbd
2 years — recommended for players who have experienced significant gambling-related harm
5 years — for players seeking a longer structured break from all gambling activity
Indefinite — a permanent self-exclusion with no scheduled end date, suitable for players who wish to stop gambling entirely
