Please read these terms carefully before using the wunbd platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the wunbd platform, including all sports betting, online casino, and financial wallet services made available at wunbd.ws. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered account holder or visitor) and wunbd.
By accessing or using wunbd, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and not create or continue to operate an account.
IMPORTANT: These Terms include provisions that limit wunbd's liability and outline circumstances under which wunbd may suspend or terminate an account and withhold balances. Please read all sections carefully before registering.
wunbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Eligibility Requirements
To open and use a wunbd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for the duration of your account:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. wunbd does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years old, and any account found to belong to a person under this age will be suspended immediately and all funds forfeited.
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally entitled to use online betting and casino services under the laws applicable to you.
- You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Providing false details, including a false name or date of birth, is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
- You must hold a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh for account verification purposes. wunbd uses mobile OTP verification as a primary identity confirmation mechanism.
- You must not be prohibited from gambling by reason of any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or applicable legal restriction.
wunbd enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. If you currently hold an existing wunbd account, you must not create a second account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at wunbd's discretion, and any bonus funds associated with a duplicate account will be voided.
wunbd may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any point during the operation of your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
Account Registration and Security
Registration on wunbd is free of charge. Each person may hold only one account. Upon successful registration, wunbd will issue you an account accessible via the wunbd Login page using the mobile number and password you provided at registration.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must:
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service
- Notify wunbd support immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation
- Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device
Unauthorised Account Use
wunbd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any bets placed or withdrawals initiated from your account before you notify wunbd of a suspected breach will be treated as authorised transactions.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on wunbd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). wunbd does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals across any supported payment method. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:
Deposit Conditions
Deposits are credited to your wunbd wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳100. wunbd accepts the following deposit methods:
- Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits typically credit within 60 seconds
- Bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank — typically credit within the same business day
- Card payments via Visa and Mastercard where supported by your issuing bank
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, or to an account held in the same name as the wunbd account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires confirmation of your identity using the mobile number linked to your account.
- Any active bonus funds in your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited without a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically complete within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within the same business day. Processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances.
- wunbd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns. This may involve requesting supporting documentation.
wunbd does not accept third-party deposits or withdrawals. Deposits and withdrawals must always originate from and return to an account or payment method held in the same name as the wunbd account. Third-party transactions are considered a breach of these Terms.
Bonuses and Promotions
wunbd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply to all wunbd promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:
wunbd may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the change, provided the player has not already been notified of a breach.
Sports Betting Rules
The following general betting rules apply to all sports and cricket markets offered on wunbd. Market-specific rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other competitions are published in the relevant market section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference:
- All bets are final once confirmed. A bet confirmation is displayed on screen and sent to your account transaction history at the moment the wager is accepted by wunbd's system. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of a bet before confirming.
- If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned before the minimum time required for the market to be settled (as specified in the relevant market rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
- In the event of a clear and demonstrable pricing error on any market, wunbd reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price and to re-settle affected markets at the correct price. wunbd will notify affected players via their registered account details.
- Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. Specific maximum payout amounts are displayed within the relevant betting market on the platform. wunbd reserves the right to reduce stake amounts on any selection if they exceed internal risk thresholds.
- Live betting markets (in-play) are offered on selected events. Odds on live markets are updated continuously and bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the precise moment the bet is confirmed by the system. A brief delay between the player pressing the bet confirmation button and the system accepting the bet is normal and does not constitute grounds for voiding.
wunbd reserves the right to suspend or remove any betting market at any time without notice, including during an event. If a market is suspended after bets have been placed but before the event concludes, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules.
Responsible Gaming
wunbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player base. The platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all account holders:
- Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly caps) — once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period
- Session time reminders — alerts sent after a configurable period of continuous play, reminding the player of how long they have been active
- Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which no bets may be placed and no deposits accepted
- Self-exclusion — permanent account closure upon request; once a self-exclusion is applied it cannot be reversed, and the player will not be permitted to open a new account for a minimum of 12 months

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wunbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person without express written authorisation from wunbd
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime — wunbd complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform — any winnings generated through the exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or to place bets without direct manual input from the registered account holder
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any event, market, or game — match-fixing is a criminal offence and wunbd will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
- Accessing or attempting to access wunbd from a jurisdiction in which online betting is expressly prohibited, or using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions
wunbd employs advanced fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour will be placed under review. wunbd reserves the right to freeze account funds during a review period without prior notice.
Account Suspension and Termination
wunbd may suspend or close an account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without being required to give advance notice unless required by law:
- Breach of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited activities listed in Section 8
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from wunbd
- Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms
- A request by the account holder for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player (for example, where the player requests closure), any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, wunbd reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
Privacy and Data Protection
wunbd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. wunbd uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements access controls to protect data at rest.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wunbd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your wunbd account at the time the relevant claim arises. wunbd shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether or not such loss was foreseeable
- Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond wunbd's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or third-party payment processor delays
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from bets placed or transactions conducted by an unauthorised third party using your account before you notified wunbd of the breach
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wunbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
wunbd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wunbd will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or where the change materially affects player rights, wunbd will provide notice via email or in-account notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the wunbd platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
